This is a seven day (52 contact hour) course that covers all of the topics as the 12-Week Advanced Wine Course. Those who complete this course will have completed all of the exams and tastings for any Guild Executive/Senior Diploma (Level II Certification) program. The Advanced Wine Course includes: Component Tasting French Wine Italian Wine German and Austrian Wine Spanish and Portuguese Wine, including fortified wines Greek Wine North American Wine Australia and New Zealand Wine South American Wine South African Wine Event Planning Wine List Development Advanced Sommelier Service Descriptive, Comparative and Technical Wine Evaluation Diploma, Guild pin and membership card Plus – 700+ pages of course material specifically developed for this course, and approximately 100 wines to taste. Class is July 14th through July 20th.
