Event Details
 
The components class is a great entry level series for the enthusiast or professional that wants to develop or improve their evaluation techniques. This class covers the different aspects of wine descriptive evaluation, focusing on the three key senses: vision, smell and taste. Sensory and evaluation exercises will be followed by wine tastings that focus on the specific sensory skill being developed. You will map your palate in this class.
