Denver Wine-International Chocolate & Wine Pairing

Downtown Littleton chocolatier Chocolates by Mary Carol (www.ChocolatesbyMaryCarol.com) and Colorado author and international speaker Julie Pech (The Chocolate Therapist: A User's Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate) co-present this unique evening of education and entertainment.

Your evening begins with a sampling of select international chocolates from six different countries. Discover your favorite while learning how to eat chocolate properly and how to compare and contrast flavors, scents, and textures. Following the chocolate tasting, you'll pair four international artisanal wines with chocolates custom created by Chocolates by Mary Carol. Each chocolate includes infusions of nuts and spices designed to bring out the flavors in both the chocolate & the wine. Learn guidelines for pairing chocolate and wines for future enjoyment.

Be prepared: The post-class test requires students to create their own pairings. Enjoy!
