This class focuses on developing professional or personal skills that are as applicable in the home (where you may want to develop a cellar or plan an event) as they are in a restaurant or hotel. Want to know if they are opening a bottle correctly at your favorite restaurant? Or, what to do with the cork? This class will teach your all you need to know about basic sommelier service. You will get to practice opening bottles and we will drink the wine.
