Event Details
 
The component classes are a great entry level series for the enthusiast or professional that wants to develop or improve their evaluation techniques. This special one-day class covers Components I, II and III. Add to your growing knowledge of wine by learning about Visual, Smell and Taste Evaluation. Sensory and evaluation exercises will be followed by wine tastings that focus on the specific sensory skill being developed. You will map your palate in this class.
