Businesses and community members are invited to learn more about Think 360 Arts initiatives and enjoy dinner and presentation. Author and wine enthusiast, Dr. Elliot Engel, will trace the phenomenal ancient origins of wine and continue the story through the wide and often wild popularity of wine today. Dr. Engel is a scholar and performer whose infectious enthusiasm and radiant wit create a delightfully imaginative presentation. His presentation is titled The History and Mystery of Wine and will feature anecdotes, analysis and large doses of humor
