Are you looking for something lighter and fresher than some of the heavy California Chardonnays that are on every wine list around town? Then this is the wine tasting for you! July 18 from 6:30-8:30 Dallas Uncorked teams with Gallo wine and Ferre restaurant for a special seated tasting of some great white wine alternatives to Chardonnay. Ferre will pair a selection of appetizers with each wine selection, and Catalina Lara from Gallo wine will guide us through a discussion of each of our new found favorite white alternatives.
