Gaetano and Anita Riccardi have quickly established Riccardi's restaurant as Dallas' premier spot for classic Italian cuisine. Highlightina a great wine list are the wines crafted from their own  168-acre vineyard in the Campagna region around Naples. Bottled under the label Gaetano da Forino, named for Gaetano Riccardi's hometown of Forino, these single varietal wines comprise a Taurasi made from the Aglianico grape, a Greco di Tufo made from the ancient Greco grape and a Fiano di Avellino made from the unique Fiano grape.
