Event Details
 
This seminar is designed to help both beginners and advanced students learn more about wine. In the seminar, you will discover the history of wines, the grape varieties used, and the influences of micro climates. The Macaroni Grill, in Fossil Creek, is the location for the course. Each week a different group of wines is tasted along with complementary entree' selections generously provided by the restaurant.

Lab fee is included in price of course.
