Single Gourmet DFW, a social club offering fine dining, wine tastings, cooking classes and travel, is opening its holiday party at The Four Seasons Resort to nonmembers – single professionals in their 30s through 60s -- at the member price of $99. The multi-course menu features roast prime rib of beef and king salmon stuffed with crabmeat. Entertainment provided by the Marc Toussaint Combo. Event price includes dinner inclusive of tax, gratuity and coffee or tea, with cash bar. Black-tie optional; men should wear jackets. Reservations are required.
