Event Details
 
This Saturday is the inaugural First Saturday with The Mozzarella Company! We’ll be teaming up on the first Saturday of every month to sample their delicious cheeses and our exquisite sips. We’ll also be introducing the Cheese of the Month, a new addition to our cheese menu that changes monthly. The first ever Cheese of the Month is—drum roll please!— Caciotta. Caciotta is a traditional Italian aged cow’s milk cheese with a silky, semi-soft texture. Mozzarella Company’s version is infused with black pepper and garlic, and pairs well with robust red wines.
