Join Dallas Uncorked on October 11 for an evening of big Sardinian wines sure to be a flavorful experience for the palate and a blissful experience for the mind! The second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, Sardinia’s hot, dry climate produces some of Italy's headiest wines. Sardinia is for adventurers, and tonight, Dallas Uncorked explores the hearty wines and rustic food of this beautiful island. Our adventure will include six Sardinian wines from the Sella & Mosca winery, including: Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva, a well-rounded and supple red with rich, ripe, plum flavors; La Cala Vermentino, a favorite of the jet set at Sardinia’s chic resorts; and their award-winning Marchese di Villamarina Cabernet Sauvignon. An array of appetizers will accompany our wines prepared by Sardinian master chefs Efisio and Francesco Farris of Arcodoro.
