Dallas FW Wine-Single Gourmet Wine Dinner at St. Martin's Wine Bistro

This exquisite wine dinner at St. Martin's Wine Bistro is like none held before by Single Gourmet DFW. This four-course gourmet wine dinner starts with the signature champagne brie soup, and for entrees, choose from Chateaubriand: USDA Prime, center-cut beef tenderloin served in the tradtional manner with bearnaise sauce and chateau potatoes, or red snapper topped with mushrooms, capers bay shrimp and a belle meuniere sauce. Price includes Trumpeter malbec from Argentina and Matua Valley sauvignon blanc from New Zealand.  *First-time guests will receive a $15 discount on annual membership ($150) if they join AT this event.
