On behalf of the March of Dimes and our world-class lineup of chefs, we invite you to join us for an evening of gourmet dining! We would be honored to have you attend our 10thAnnual Signature Chefs of Dallas 2005. In its history, Signature Chefs of Dallas has raised over $3.8 million in North Texas to improve the health of babies. This year our goal is half a million dollars. This accomplishment becomes a reality only with the continued and unparalleled support of our generous sponsors. The evening is not just about the great food and the opportunity to bid on fabulous auction items, it is more about supporting the March of Dimes and helping to give every child a healthy Signature in life. The March of Dimes has recently launched one of our largest campaigns in history—to discover the causes of prematurity. The March of Dimes imagines a day when babies are no longer born so small they fit the in the palm of a hand, and when babies are born free from birth defects that make life a daily struggle. Signature Chefs of Dallas will be held on Tuesday, November 8th at Hyatt Reunion Tower. That night, you will have the opportunity to bid on exotic travel packages and specialty items while enjoying some exciting live entertainment.
