The menu for this three-course wine dinner is: FIRST COURSE: Seared Kobe carpaccio with baby spinach salad and Ponzu sauce or butternut squash bisque with toasted almonds or grilled portobello mushrooms with basil walnut pesto - served with a glass of King Estate Pinot Gris (Oregon) SECOND COURSE: Roast prime rib with house-made au jus and horseradish whipped potatoes or honey-soy marinated King salmon with sesame potatoes or Kobe sirloin with port wine sauce - served with a glass of Penfolds "Bin 128" Shiraz (Australia) THIRD COURSE: Crème brûlée OR mixed fresh berries *First-time guests will receive a $15 discount on annual membership ($150) if they join AT this event.
