Open to nonmembers, single professionals 30s up, Single Gourmet DFW presents this four-course Merryvale Wine Dinner. Merryvale is a Napa Valley winery given international acclaim for wines of outstanding quality and both the winemaker and vintner will be present to talk to us and answer our questions.

$89* price includes a 30-minute reception with passed hors d'oeuvres served with a glass of bubbly, followed by a four-course dinner (steak or fish entrée) with each course paired with wine, as well as coffee, iced tea, tax and gratuity.

Dressy casual attire requested.

The event starts at 6:30 p.m. for a 30-minute reception.

Dinner starts at 7:00 p.m. sharp.

Beyond the five glasses of wine provided, additional alcoholic beverages are at your expense (cash, credit or debit cards only). Extra charge for specialty coffees and bottled waters.

Second Course: Seared sea scallop with creamy asparagus orzo

Paired with Merryvale Chardonnay, Napa 2006

Third Course: Peppered sirloin strip with sweet potato gratin and wild mushroom sauce OR Red snapper with orzo

Paired with Merryvale Cabernet, Napa 2005

Fourth Course: Sevy's Three "New" Favorite Cheeses with almond pear chutney and exotic crackers

Paired with Merryvale Merlot, Napa (vintage to be determined based on availability)

* This dinner is also open to the public. However, the advertised price does not include tax, gratuity or coffee served with dessert. Also, our Single Gourmet dinner (singles only) will be held in a private room separate from the public.
