Lawry’s The Prime celebrates its 25th year in Dallas with a third Culinary Master dinner featuring entrées from award-winning restaurant owner Paul Prudhomme. Join us as Lawry’s Executive Chef Matt Melton and his culinary team recreate dishes from Paul’s restaurant K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen. Paul is credited for making Blackened Redfish famous and for his signature line of spice products. Featured menu items include:
Shrimp with Sauce Piquant, jumbo prawns boiled in a spicy jalapeño and green tomato stock
Elixir of Portobello with roasted sweet onion and Portobello mushroom soup
Boudin Gumbo Ya-Ya, gumbo made famous at K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen
Blackened Redfish served with a crawfish cream and cauliflower in garlic
Peach Glaze Parfait, finished with a warm bourbon sauce
In addition, Lawry’s is also offering four wine pairings for an additional $35 per guest.
