This is the inaugural season of Terra Blanca’s Focus on Best of the Northwest Food and Wine and we are thrilled to kick off the season with Chef Peter Kelly of Spazzo’s Italian Grill in Redmond. Chef Kelly will be teaching a select group of guests—no more than 24-- new and innovative cooking techniques with the emphasis on which Terra Blanca wines would work perfectly with his creations. Guest will be able to sample the evening’s pairings that night and will walk away ready to cook up something unique in their own homes.
