For hundreds of years the French set the standard for winemaking. Yet French wines are still relatively unknown to the American palate, and can be a real challenge to understand. In this course we\'ll demystify this important winemaking region, and try a wide variety of different styles of wine. Course includes appetizers, 6 wines to taste, course handouts, and discounts from local vendors.
