As we continue to explore the city's diverse BYO restaurants, we'll travel to the South Loop for this month's event, to a highly-recommended yet not yet known new BYO, Cuatro. Cuatro offers Nuevo Latino food in a warm, rustic setting. The chef brings the traditional flavors of Latin American and Caribbean cuisines in a modern, yet down-to-earth fashion. The approach is one of simplicity and boldness of flavors with an emphasis on popular Mexican cooking.
