Dundee Road Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Friday, November 11, 2005 7:00pm reception DiCarlo's Fine Wine and Spirits of Mundelein presents: Pierre Ferrand Cognac Seminar/Dinner at Le TiTi De Paris in the Versailles Room at 7:00pm---Special dinner at 8:30. A cognac seminar with canapes will be presented by Mylene Primard. Taste some wonderful cognacs and food pairings canapés from 7:00pm to 8:15. Seminar cost-$35. Special holiday pricing on these cognacs will be available to those attending. Exec. Chef/Proprietor Michael Maddox will follow the seminar with a 5 course gourmand dinner at 8:30pm.
