BIN School, strives to educate guests about wine in an approachable, down-to-earth way. WINE Basics 102: Learning How to Taste and Talk About Wine - Can you tell the difference between thin and fat wine? How about round and luscious? Or lean and austere? This class will help to define the language used to describe wine. $36 per person. BIN School students recieve 20 percent off their dinner when dining before or after their BIN class, as well as 10 percent off of all retail purchases in the Market.
