Richard Bakal, founder of The Wine Trust, will attend to explain this rare collection. Wednesday, November 2nd. University Club -- Chicago. Joe Spellman, M.S., will lead commentary on the wines for the evening. Executive Chef Mark Baker is creating a special menu for the evening. Seating will be limited.
