Over the last twenty years, Carlo Petrini , Founder of Slow Food International has profoundly changed the international food landscape. It is no surprise that he has been recognized worldwide as a charismatic communicator; all those who meet Carlo and hear him speak emerge newly inspired and hopeful for a sustainable and delicious future. Please join Carlo and Chef John Bubala for a very intimate gathering on October 18th at Thyme, 464 N Halsted Street, at 6:30pm in Chicago, Il. Chef John Bubala will offer a special menu of inspired dishes from America's Heartland. Call 312-226-4300 for reservations. Cost is $400 per person. Money raised will go to Slow Food International.
