Schaefer's Third-Thursday Wine Class for August will explore the Alsatian varietal wines. Alsace is like a narrow ribbon from the Swiss border in the South up to the German border in the North of Strasbourg, cradled by the Vosges mountains and the river Rhine. Join us as we learn about DRY Riesling, lively yet soft Pinot Blanc, seductive, full-bodied, aromatic Gewurztraminer, and complex and smoky Tokay Pinot Gris. There's also a secret, special treat in store for you! Reservations are required.
