Join us Tuesdays in October; a four week course. Three of the world's winemaking areas at present produce the globe's most exciting and best value wines- Southern France, Southern Italy, and the Southern Hemisphere. In the first three seminars, Sam's Academy Session Two tastes through wines from these places. In the fourth seminar, we'll learn how to match wines with various foods.
