Join us Tuesdays in September; a four week course. Week 1: We'll taste through the globe's six major grape varieties and learn how differences in winemaking and climate make for varied styles of wines worldwide. Week 2: The World's Great White Wines- Building on what we've tasted in Week 1, we'll learn about more select great whites. Week 3: The World's Great Red Wines- Building on Week 1, we'll taste some great reds from around the globe. Week 4: The World's Great Sparkling & Sweet Wines- Come enjoy and learn about French Champagne, the Champagne method, Port, Sauternes- and about pairing wine & food, entertaining with wine and cellaring wine.
