Rhapsody is pleased to host an extravagant five-course dinner, which will include wine carefully selected by Felton Road Winery. Indicating its surge in popularity, Felton Road Wines has recently won accolades from the international wine press as well as being featured in many focus articles in U.S. food and wine publications. Felton Road Winery was one of the sites used in the filming of the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy in New Zealand. Dinner will be paired with four New Zealand wines, including a 2002 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay and a 2004 Central Otago Riesling. Central Otago is the home of some of the most thrilling Pinot Noirs coming to market, as well as luscious Chardonnays and racy Rieslings, which rival the great Rieslings of Germany and Austria. Complimenting Rhapsody’s wine selections from Felton Road will be a summer menu featuring an array of culinary delights, including Poached Maine Lobster and Ruby Grapefruit Salad, Eggplant Caviar, and Sage-Infused Pennsylvania Veal Loin.
