Thursday, Aug. 11th, Winemaker Dinner at Carlo’s in Highwood Reception at 6:30PM-Specially selected 5 course dinner to follow at 7:00PM. Brian & Lori Nuss, owners of Vinoce Vineyards, both dedicated to creating wines that reflect the fine Mt. Veeder traditions, will both be present to introduce their Vinoce Sauvignon Blanc & Vinoce Napa Red Blend. They also produce Twenty Rows Merlot, Cabernet and “The Grapler” Zinfandel. Chris Sweetanos, winemaker for their Twenty Rows wines will also be present. Carlos’ Executive Chef Ramiro Velasquez & Sous Chef Adam Grandt have finished creating their 5 delightful courses to be paired with these outstanding Vinoce & Twenty Rows wines.
