This evening, we welcome Daphne Zepos, one of nation's foremost experts on all things cheese. Daphne will be showcasing her Essex Street Cheeses, including Essex Comte, Cravero Parmigiano-Reggiano, and L'Amuse Gouda. In addition, Daphne will share her efforts as a co-founder of the Cheese of Choice Coalition, an advocacy group working on behalf of the preservation of raw milk and small production cheeses, a cause very close to our hearts.
