Event Details
 
We are taking our chef-crafted approach to a new level…making our own wine!

Watch our chef’s bring in several hundred pounds of Sangiovese grapes from the Sierra foothills. With help from our friend Greg Fisher, the owner of Bev Arts, we will be crushing grapes here in our lobby to create a signature wine for our restaurant, Harvest Grill.

We welcome you to participate with us, so bring your casual gear if you would like to join in!

There will be an opportunity to taste wine and to experience the unveiling of our Grassfield’s Farms Michigan Cheddar Cheese, also made by our chefs in conjunction with cheese-maker Jesse Meerman.
