Chicago Wine-NoMI Wine Engagement Gatherings

Setting the tone for the festivities will be an alluring ambiance highlighted by the soft glow of candlelight, splendid décor and one of the most extensive wine collections in Chicago. Feeling as if they have been transported to an über-chic residence, twelve fortunate oenophiles will be invited to engage with Beteta and NoMI’s culinary team to discuss the nuances of that particular evening’s selections.

The intimate and personable atmosphere of the Cellar on the Seventh will serve as the setting for each gathering. Throughout the night, Beteta will pull wines as guests mingle, nibble and pour themselves another glass. Drawing inspiration from the wines being poured, executive chef Christophe David will prepare a progressive family-style feast of rustic artisanal fare in which guests will anticipate the flavorful surprise of each new dish. Lastly, attendees can look forward to a few unexpected details that will give the party its own special style.
