Chicago Commons, a 115 social service agency, is hosting its annual wine tasting auction event Pour Out Your Heart for Commons. This year we are presenting "WINES OF THE WORLD", Undiscovered Treasures. Taste and bid on this fabulous group of delicious, affordable wines from Austria, France, Germany, Portugal, South Africa, Spain and the West Coast, recommended by William Gibson, Wine Consultant, Southern Wine and Spirits of Illinois, and dine on sumptuous hors d'oeuvres. Special feature of the evening is "Riesling - The World's Most Undervalued Grape" - two flights of focused Riesling wine tasting by Serafin Alvarado, Master Sommelier and Director of Education, Southern Wine and Spirits of Illinois.
