Appetizers will be supplied by Mark Grosz, owner and head chef of Oceanique. Bill Gilmore, Bill’s Blues owner and resident wine expert, will be conducting the tasting and will be available to answer any wine queries. He will cover a variety of wine topics including: easy ways to master those pesky restaurant wine lists; how to make smart retail wine buys;. and how to make long term investments in wines. Bill will also share his top ten “instant insider” wine tips.
