Chicago Wine-Reel Club hosts an Evening of Organic Wine and Food

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a reception featuring sparking wine. Dinner will begin at 7 p.m. with a Spicy Tuna appetizer paired with Seven Hills Riesling from Washington. This will be followed by a Shaved Vegetable Crab Salad paired with Velt 1 Gruner Veltliner from Austria.

Entrée choices are boneless veal Osso Bucco or pan seared Halibut, served with risotto spring peas and pea tendrils. Entrées will be coupled with Bonny Doon Cigare Volant and Benziger Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Dessert will include homemade ice cream cones and Saracco Moscato d’Asti from Italy.

This evening of culinary delights is priced at $75 per person (excludes tax and gratuity). Reservations are highly recommended.
