Chicago Wine-Beers of Duvel - Craft / Belgian Beer Dinner

Paramount Room, Chicago's new food & drink nightspot, is proud to announce the first in a series of beer and spirits dinners and tastings on Wednesday, March 12th 2008, when we present the Beers of Duvel - Craft / Belgian Beer Dinner. Join Beverage Director Shawn Koch as he and acclaimed Chef Stephen Dunne (Volo, MK, Spago, Rubicon) present a 5-Course Craft/Belgian Beer Dinner at Paramount Room. Special guest Tom Gardner from DuvelUSA will be on hand to discuss featured beers from Duvel, Ommegang, Mardesous, and Le Chouffe, as well as food pairings and background information on each brewery (aperitif at 6:30pm, dinner starts at 7pm).

The dinner will be held in their lower-level lounge, a modern renovation of a prohibition-era Chicago speakeasy. Space is limited and advance reservations are highly recommended.
