Wine & Food Pairing Class - Thursday, May 15th
Our wine classes continue with a three-part series featuring Mr. Doug Hayes, Certified Wine Specialist with The Estates Group of Young's Market Company. This third and final class in the series will focus on European Wines and the foods that best pair with them. The cost for the class will include all wine tasting and samples of foods perfectly paired with the wines. In addition, each attendee is encouraged to send us your favorite recipe that you love with California wines. At the end of the series, we will put all of the recipes together in a beautiful recipe book and each attendee will receive a copy of the book. It is our hope to receive enough recipes to sell them and donate all of the proceeds to a local charity. You can easily email your recipe to us at info@eaudevie.us.

Price:	Non Club de Vin Members: $25.00 per person per class.
	Club de Vin Members: $20.00 per person per class.
