Event Details
 
A full three course dinner featuring two wines with each course geared to demonstrate how foods and flavors can alter your preference between two wines.

Menu: includes a salmon, and a duck dish.

Wines: each pair will include a French wine and a wine from the western US. All wines used in the dinner will be made from grapes and vineyards that are sustainably farmed.

Jeff Weissler from ConsciousWine will guide you thru stories of the wineries, matching the wines and foods, and a basic introduction of sustainable practices in the vineyards. Jeff brings over 25 years in the fine wine business to the creation of ConsciousWine.
