First Course: Hazelnut-crusted Rogue Creamery blue cheese with rosemary shortbread and champagne grapes paired with our Volcano Vineyards 2005 Viognier

Second course: Mixed greens with Manchego cheese, spiced marcona almonds and Spanish olive vinaigrette paired with our Volcano Vineyards 2005 Syrah (which just won BEST OF SHOW at the National Women's Wine Competition)

Third Course: Smoked buffalo tenderloin with truffle butter, roasted fingerling potatoes and sugar snap peas paired with our Volcano Vineyards 2005 Merlot

Dessert: Chocolate lava cake with cherry-Syrah reduction paried with our newly released Volcano Vineyards Lava Red Blend
