As industry supporters of the Society of Wine Educators (SWE), our stores will host classes to gain the certifications that are recognized and held by wine experts around the world. If you would like to study in an ambitious program to attain the title of Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), this program will open your eyes to the wine industry. While wine tasting is not the focus of this class, the syllabus covers the chemistry of wine, viticulture, production, and all of the world’s major wine growing regions. Taught by members of the SWE with over 100 years of collective experience, this is a class for individuals who desire to take their knowledge of wine to another level, or would like to earn the industry recognized certifications of CSW or the higher CWE. 7 Classes & Exam; Tuesdays 3/6, 20, 4/10, 4/24, 5/8, 5/22, 6/5, 6/19
