Beef Carpaccio with shaved Parmigiano cheese

  

Cheese Course

4 cheeses to be selected by Linda at the Villa Gourmet

  

Entrée

Truffle Risotto with fresh truffles

 

Dessert

 

Each course will be paired with wines for you to taste and enjoy.  A wine expert will explain why each wine pairs well with the food and cheese it is paired with.
