TRINCHERO FAMILY ESTATES WINE DINNER - Join Burtons Grill chefs and Chuck Parker, Cellar Master from Premium Wines on Monday evening, March 10, as they present an exciting menu of five delicious courses paired with five fabulous wines.  Kicking off a series of future wine dinners, this informative yet social event is sure to be a memorable experience for all that attend.  Reservations are required and availability is limited, so call Burtons Grill at 860-432-4575 today to secure your seat.  The dinner will begin at 7:00 pm and the total cost is $99 per person, including tax and gratuity.  Additional information is available at Burtons Grill at the Shops at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor.

jumbo shrimp cocktail, oysters, king crab legs, snow crab claws

2005 Napa Cellars Sauvignon Blanc

Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Pears

poached pears stuffed with blue cheese and served over arugula with a lemon vinaigrette and balsamic reduction

2004 Trinchero Napa Reserve Chardonnay

Butternut Squash Soup with Scallops

velvety puree of butternut squash soup complimented by a brown sugar glazed scallop

2005 Folie a Deax Zinfandel "Amador County"

Choice of one entree paired with:

2006 Trinchero Napa Reserve Pinot Noir "Vista Montone"

Veal Osso Bucco

served with a red wine demi glace over parmesan polenta with roasted vegetables

Pan Seared Proscuitto Wrapped Sea Bass
