This event was formally known as the CTShowcase Food & Wine Tasting. We are excited about the change in name and format. This year, attendees can expect a wider variety and assortment of beverages and foods. The Hilton Hartford's Executive Chef as well as other celebrity chefs will tease your palates with many styles and flavors of gourmet food. You will also see culinary demonstrations before your eyes much like you would see on the Food Channel.
