This dinner-tasting was inspired by the Aug issue of the Wine Advocate which called the Loire Valley the "Bargain Garden of France:" "few if any other places on earth can harvest such distinctively delicious wines at such modest prices. Become familiar with Cheverny, Bourgueil, Savennieres, Chinon, Coteaux du Layon and Montlouis.
