Central Coast Wine-Winemaker Dinner featuring Boony Doon Vineyards and Founder

Meet and share stories with Founder and President Randall Grahm at a winemaker dinner featuring the Davenport Roadhouse's exceptional menu and specials created to match five wines produced by the legendary

winemaker. Randall will share his intriguing views on wine making and marketing genius. The wines will be available as a tasting package, by the glass or by the bottle. The featured wines are: 2007 Ca'del Solo Albarino, 2006 Ca'del Solo Muscat, 2005 Ca'del Solo Sangiovese, 2003 Le Cigare Volant, and 2005 Syrah Le Pousseur.

In addition to the dinner menu, a special tasting menu has been created that features appetizer choices of Blackened Rare Ahi or Thai Duck & Mushroom Pizzetta with Hoisin-Cilantro Sauce or Portabello Stuffed with Wood Grilled Vegetables. Entree choices include Lobster & Prawn Pappardelle in a Garlic-Lemon Cream sauce, Wood Grilled Lamb Chop in a Cognac Peppercorn Sauce, and Fresh Wood Roasted Alaskan Halibut.
