Led by wine expert Caroline Rilema, of Caroline's Fine Wines, and complemented by Executive Chef Stephen Templeton's 3-course, gourmet menu, this evening is for those who appreciate the finer things in life. Caroline will impress with vintages from the new-world wine-growing region of Australia. Accompanying the Main Course - which is set to be a feast of Australian flavour - cultivars such as the Yalumba hand-picked Grenache 2003 and the Ring Bolt Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 are guaranteed to captivate the senses; whilst the full-bodied Jim Barry McRae Wood Shiraz 2001 offers the perfect antidote to the winter chill at dessert.
