Associate Dean, Academic, and Professor Loraine Fowlow of the Faculty of Environmental Design at the University of Calgary together with Sean Stanwick, Associate of Farrow Partnership Architects Inc in Toronto are launching their new book "Wine by Design: The Space of Wine" on January 16th from 5:30-7:30pm at McNally Robinson. This book celebrates the most exciting contemporary designs for wineries and spaces of wine throughout the world. There is also an exploration of the trends of wine retail and bars, that includes the display, storage and consumption of wine.
