Come meet four South African winemakers and taste 9 FABULOUS South African wines expertly paired to some traditionally-inspired South African dishes that show influences of the Cape Malay and Dutch communities from the South Africa of the 16th and 17th centuries (when their wine industry began). As usual in our Wine Workshop series, our certified sommelier and wine educator will guide you through the evening with an overview of South African wine-making and culinary traditions -- from the 16th century to the present.
