Join us at the harvest table as we celebrate the very best of the season’s bounty paired with a world tour of biodynamically produced wines. The 5 course menu will feature a host of local loot, including Colorado peaches, Munson Farm sweet corn, Toohey Farm & Chef’s garden produce, Haystack Mt. Cheese, foraged Colorado chanterelles, & Colorado Lamb. Biodynamic & organic viticultural practices yield wines that are the purest expression of their growing region. We’ll showcase vintages from California, France, Spain, Italy, & the Pacific Northwest. Looking forward to sharing the excitement & rich diversity of the season with you.
