Operation Frontline Colorado's 4th Annual Boulder Chefs Up Front is being held at The St. Julien Hotel and Spa on June 1, 2008. Twelve of Boulder's top chefs will create extravagant multicourse meals paired with wine selections beside each table for the guest to view. The participating restaurants include: Colterra; Cascades at the Stanley; Bloom; Jills; Jax Fish House; Q's At The Boulderado; Chophouse; Brasserie Ten Ten/The Med; Black Cat; Mateo/Radda; The Kitchen; L'Atelier and Chimney Park. Both the live and silent auction will be held to raise money for Operation Frontline's cooking and nutrition education classes taught in Boulder County. Some agencies in the area that already host classes include: Boulder County Probation, Longmont Children's Council, The Inn Between, and Lafayette Senior Center with more locations and classes to come. All of the proceeds from the evening will go towards expanding the reach of these courses and ending hunger in Colorado.
